Morson are currently supporting our global, market leading client in
their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join
their team on a 3-month contract basis. The Talent Acquisition
Specialist will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and will
play a pivotal role in a new procurement project currently being
undertaken, having responsibility for full end-to-end recruitment
delivery including (but not limited to) the following:
Reviewing applications and CV sifting
Screening successful candidate applications via phone to ascertain
suitability
Arranging hiring manager and agency briefings for vacant positions
Writing eye-catching adverts for roles and advertising vacancies
through a variety of platforms to attract the best talent
Direct sourcing and headhunting suitable candidates for vacancies
Coordinating interviews and liaising with successful candidates
regarding offers and the onboarding process
Maintaining and updating the recruitment system to ensure a high level
of data integrity
Developing robust sourcing strategies to guarantee a healthy pipeline
of quality candidates
Liaising with 3rd parties and suppliers where necessary
Being a brand ambassador for the company by providing an impeccable
recruitment service to candidates and a trusted advisor to hiring
managers, guiding them through the process and ensuring the best
available match to each role
Advising on suitable assessment methods and tools
Working to key metrics around direct sourcing and time to hireIn order
to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have
previous experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from
role briefing through to offer management, as well as the below skills
and attributes:
Solid recruitment experience gained from within an agency, RPO or
internal recruitment function
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritise workload and juggle multiple tasks at any one
time
Experience of working to individual targets
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, with a flair for
advising on and influencing decisions
A people centric approach, demonstrating passion for the candidate
experience
A good awareness of diversity and inclusion and employment law
An understanding of procurement and previous recruitment experience in
this area is essential
Due to the urgent nature of this requirement, only those who are
currently immediately available for opportunities or those with up to
1-month notice period can be considered as the client would like a
January start date.
Remote working in available but ideally the client would like the
successful candidate to be based in Dublin as they would have a good
understanding of the Dublin market.
